Our Origin
The Precious Blood Spirituality Institute was established in 2021 through a partnership with religious institutes devoted to the Precious Blood of Jesus: the Adorers of the Blood of Christ, the Sisters of the Precious Blood, the Sisters of the Most Precious Blood, and the Missionaries of the Precious Blood.
Our mission is rooted in the Precious Blood of Jesus, the saving blood that recognizes the dignity of God's mercy found within every human person: we seek to celebrate and promote the gifts bestowed upon each of us through that saving blood. We are dedicated to supporting initiatives that nurture our spirituality and the charisms of our communities.
The Precious Blood Spirituality Institute brings our mission to life by:

Collaborating and engaging with organizations and individuals to deepen the understanding of Precious Blood spirituality.

Supporting and collaborating with our founding congregations to promote efforts that support and promote their charisms and spirituality

Collaborating with Catholic Theological Union and other places of higher education that foster the ongoing development of a theology of Precious Blood spirituality

Everyone is invited to reflect on what it means to be a Church where everyone truly has a place at the table. This virtual gathering invites us to listen with open hearts, to honor the stories and gifts of our LGBTQ+ siblings, and to imagine together new ways of living Christ's inclusive love.
Join us for a conversation and exploration of how our Precious Blood spirituality calls us to create spaces of belonging, healing, and hope for all God's people.

A Spring Awakening
A Social Justice Immersion Experience
Join us in the heart of Chicago for an immersion experience that opens eyes, inspires hearts, and deepens our commitment to social justice.
Each day begins in prayer and invites participants into deeper reflection on social justice issues. Through engaging speakers, shared dialogue, and off-site experiences, we encounter the realities of our world—reflecting on the continually changing immigration crisis, accompanying our LGBTQ+ siblings, caring for creation, and responding to violence through the healing lens of restorative justice.
Come experience your Precious Blood family in a retreat-like gathering of diverse voices. Together, we will awaken to a deeper understanding and a renewed spirit as we face the challenges of social justice.
