Vicky Otto
Executive Director
Vicky Otto was appointed the first Executive Director of the Precious Blood Spirituality Institute in July 2022. She has a long history of parochial and pastoral ministry and administration. She served as the director of the Companions (lay associates) for the United States Province of the Missionaries of the Precious Blood from 2014 through 2022.
She holds a Doctor of Ministry degree from Fordham University, a Masters of Divinity from the Jesuit School of Theology in Santa Clara, CA, and an MBA from the Golden Gate University of San Francisco.
Kevin Considine,
Director - Schreiter Institute at CTU
Kevin Considine was named Director of the Schreiter Institute at CTU in July 2022. He is an alumnus of CTU and is an adjunct assistant professor of Spirituality. He has served throughout his career in education. He holds a MA in theology from CTU and a Ph.D. from Loyola University. He has taught at the undergraduate and graduate levels, including at Calumet College. He is the author of several books, numerous journal articles, book reviews, and academic papers.
